DocuSweep is an automated document analysis tool. It does not practice law, does not provide legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship of any kind. Every report is a starting point for your own review — take it to a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction before you rely on it or act on it.
You agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy by checking the agreement box before requesting a sign-in link, and you reaffirm that agreement each time you click a sign-in link we send you. If you do not agree, do not check that box or use DocuSweep.
You must be at least 18 years old, and capable of forming a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction, to use DocuSweep.
DocuSweep analyzes a document you upload and produces a structured five-lens risk report. The free preview (Executive Summary, Risk Level, and a sample of Red Flags) is available before payment; the full report unlocks for a flat one-time fee per report, currently $349, with no subscription or recurring charge.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Once your full report is unlocked, the fee is earned and is non-refundable, except where DocuSweep failed to deliver a complete report due to our own technical error. In that case, contact [email protected] and we will, at our discretion, either regenerate a complete report at no additional charge or refund the fee.
Using DocuSweep requires an active email address. By requesting a sign-in link, you agree to receive the transactional emails necessary to operate the service (sign-in links, your generated reports). By clicking a sign-in link, you additionally consent to receive occasional service and product-update emails from DocuSweep. You may opt out of non-transactional emails at any time by contacting [email protected].
You retain all rights to the document you upload. The report we generate for you is licensed to you for your own use — to review, share with your attorney, and rely on as a starting point for your own decision-making.
You may only upload documents you have the right to share and have analyzed. You may not use DocuSweep for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
The DocuSweep service itself — including its software, analysis methodology, prompts, reference materials, and report structure — is the proprietary property of PFL Systems LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to that underlying service; you receive only the personal report described under "Your content" above.
You may not use DocuSweep, any report it generates, or any output derived from it to build, train, fine-tune, or evaluate a competing automated document-analysis product or service, or to otherwise reverse-engineer or replicate the service's underlying methodology. This applies to you and to anyone using your access on your behalf.
A breach of this section is a breach of these Terms like any other: you are liable for the resulting damages, including PFL Systems LLC's reasonable attorneys' fees, under Indemnification below. Because this kind of harm is difficult to fully value in money damages, PFL Systems LLC may also seek injunctive relief.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PFL Systems LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) a document you upload that you did not have the right to share or have analyzed, including any claim brought by a third party whose information appears in that document; or (c) your use of a DocuSweep report in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PFL Systems LLC's total liability arising from or related to your use of DocuSweep — under any theory of liability — is capped at the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim. DocuSweep is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no event is PFL Systems LLC liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including any damages arising from decisions made in reliance on a DocuSweep report.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of DocuSweep will be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. The arbitration will be administered in Sheridan, Wyoming; however, at the election of the party bringing the claim, the arbitration may instead be conducted by telephone, videoconference, or through written submissions, with no in-person appearance required. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
You and PFL Systems LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. Claims may be brought only in an individual capacity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and PFL Systems LLC regarding DocuSweep, and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject. You may not assign these Terms; PFL Systems LLC may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including an outage of a third-party service DocuSweep depends on (for example, Anthropic, Stripe, or our email providers).
We may update these Terms as DocuSweep develops. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
